Carolyn Hawks, 77, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at St. Mary’s Health Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. She was born October 19, 1940 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Survivors include,

Four Daughters

Six Grandchildren & Ten Great Grandchildren

One Brother & One Sister

Several Nieces & Nephews in California, MO

Her parents, one brother, and one sister preceded her in death.

Her body has been cremated and Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
