Art Scroggins Obituary

Art Scroggins, 75, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri.  He was born May 20, 1943 in Johnson City, Kansas the son of the late Albert and Deris (Crawshaw) Scroggins.  On June 6, 1981 in Rock Island, Illinois he was united in marriage to Janeen (Thye) Scroggins who survives of the home.

 

Other survivors include,

 

Children, Allen Scroggins (Angie) of Colorado; Betty Scroggins of Eldon, MO; Darlene Meador (Chris) of Boonville, MO; Georgeanna Erdahl (John) of Nebraska; Arthur Scroggins of Eldon, MO; Wantha Nelson (David) of Mexico, MO

 

Several Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

 

Sisters, Iva & Ilene

 

Two sisters Iona & Irene preceded him in death.

 

Art loved the outdoors and spending time with his family.

 

Visitation will be Monday, September 10, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:30 PM with Albert Hitchcock officiating.  Private Family Burial will be held at a later date.

 

Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of St. Mary’s Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO.

 

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
