Ruth A. “Ruthie” Wright, 62, of Tuscumbia, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at her residence in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born November 21, 1954 in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Tony and Ruby (Schulte) Buschjost.  On October 19, 1974 in Mary’s Home, Missouri she was united in marriage to Robert D. “Bob” Wright who preceded her in death on June 19, 2010.

Eleven Grandchildren, Kade, Pressly, Kelsie, Koda, Emma, Madelyn, Bennett, Gabriella, Cainin, Jaydin & Alexa

Sisters, Betty Pound (Glenn) of Mary’s Home, MO; Linda Kuenzie of Washington, MO

Brothers, Ron Buschjost (Donna) of Belle, MO; Tony Buschjost (Ruth) of Taos, MO

Mother in law, Wanda Wright of Tuscumbia, MO;

Brothers in law, Tom Wright (Dori) of Tuscumbia, MO; Jim Wright (Erlene) of Versailles, MO

Three infant grandchildren preceded her in death.

Ruthie was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Mary’s Home, MO. She was active in the Mid MO Muscle Car Club.  Her most cherished times were those spent with family & friends. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church with a Rosary prayed at 4:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church with Rev. Patrick J. Shortt officiating.  Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
