Richard S. Hand, 66, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  He was born March 4, 1950 in Neosho, Missouri the son of the late John Edward and Rachel Ann (Jenkins) Hand.

Brothers, Dwight Hand (Connie) of Ronald, WA; George Hand of Eldon, MO; David Hand (Vickie) of Eldon, MO

Sister, Lillian Hand Overbey (Gary) of Eldon, MO

Several Nieces & Nephews

A brother, Johnny Hand preceded him in death.

Richard served in the United States Marine Corp in Vietnam and Okinawa.  Before his illness he loved to travel, spend time in the outdoors, hunt, and fish and be with his family.

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and Private Family Interment will be held at Olean Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
