Randy Carter, 60, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Laurie Care Center in Laurie, Missouri.  He was born April 12, 1956 in Hempstead, New York the son of the late Clinton and Barbara (Knight) Carter.  On May 24, 2003 in Camdenton, Missouri he was united in marriage to Laura (French) Carter who survives of the home.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO. 

Per his wishes, his body will be cremated and Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
