Maxine Barker, 97, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri.  She was born April 13, 1920 in Clarksburg, Missouri the daughter of the late Tillman and Pearl (Moser) Harris.  On October 15, 1938 in Tipton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Truman H. “Pood” Barker who preceded her in death on May 25, 1994.

Survivors,

Daughters, Carolyn Imler of Eldon, MO; Crystal Barker of Lee’s Summit, MO; Delores Vaughn & husband Gaithel of Texas

Six Grandchildren; Ten Great Grandchildren & 4 Great Great Grandchildren

Three brothers preceded her in death.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.

Graveside Service will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery with Rev. Bill Foglesong officiating.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Hospice Compassus.
