My condolences to his family! My dad, Ivan, talked about fox hunting with Hargis in the 50's before I was born. He was a good neighbor. Praying that God will comfort you.

I remember him when he worked at MFA, although his obituary doesn't mention it. I loved going inside when my dad, Kermit Howard would go to pick up farming supplies. I was always amazed by Mr Dinwidie like he was some magical person. He was so friendly and cheerful. What I especially remeber is if I went inside he always gave me a candy bar which was very special to me as a little farm girl. Condolences to his family.

I knew Hargis and Ilene from Old Path Church where I attended when I lived in Eldon many years ago. They both were an inspiration to me. Loved them both.
