Freda M. “DeClue” Bilyeu, 96, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles, Missouri. She was born April 5, 1921 in Oats, Missouri the daughter of the late James Andrew and Martha Belle (Hedrick) Thompson.

Son, Ronald DeClue of Eldon, MO
Granddaughters, Angie Pember (Ron) of Tuscumbia, MO; Jennifer Nardella (Michael) of Highlands Ranch, CO
Great Grandsons, Nathanael & Noah Nardella of Highlands Ranch, CO
Several Nieces & Nephews
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar E. DeClue, a daughter in law, Sharon DeClue, three brothers, Oren, Otis & Arnold Thompson, and one sister, Gladys Brakefield.
She was employed with International Shoe Factory for thirty years before retiring to enjoy fishing and her family. Freda was an avid Cardinals fan and crappie fisherman with minnows and powerbait only. She dearly loved her family pets.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Bro. Bob Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.
Memorials in her name are suggested to Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles, MO.
