Donald W. Smith, 75 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Eldon Nursing & Rehab in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born January 15, 1942 in Buffalo, Missouri the son of the late Bert and Myrtle (Chastain) Smith.  On November 19, 1965 in Springfield, Missouri he was united in marriage to Peggy Lou (Webster) Smith who preceded him in death on October 20, 2009.

A brother, Bob Smith, and a sister, Jane Hagar preceded him in death.

Don was a member of the Bible Way Church of Eldon, MO and was employed as an over the road truck driver for forty years.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Brother Bob Hoskins officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Camdenton, MO.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Donor’s Choice.
