Anita J. (Lueckenhoff) Evers, 90, of Mary’s Home, Missouri passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Miller County Care Center in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born September 15, 1926 in Mary’s Home, Missouri, the daughter of the late Anton John and Catherine (Eichholz) Lueckenhoff-Kempker.  On June 5, 1948 in Mary’s Home, Missouri she was united in marriage to Ilde H. Evers who preceded her in death on June 17, 1996.

Brothers, Fred Lueckenhoff (Dorothy) of Jefferson City, MO; Alvin Kempker (Judy) of Jefferson City, MO

Sister in law, Lois Lueckenhoff of Jefferson City, MO

A daughter, Catherine Ann Evers, a brother, Victor Lueckenhoff and her step father, Adolph Kempker preceded her in death.

Anita was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church, the Ladies Altar Sodality and the quilting group.  She enjoyed her farm, gardening and playing cards.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Mary’s Home, MO with a Prayer Service at 4:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church.
